SYMPHONY OF THE ZODIAC
& FULL MOON MEDITATIONS
The Earth is greatly affected by the nefarious, invisible and poisoned
influence, which emanates from the occult nature of the waning moon.
This situation changes as the rays of the sun flood the moon and repel
the above mentioned, ‘poisoned influences’. As the moon waxes, or increases
in light, the disciples of great initiates take the opportunity to spread
their light, love and power all over the world through group meditation
and group invocation. The full moon period is the most opportune time
for the forces of light because the influence of the moon itself is
at her lowest ebb. It is at such times the extra-planetary forces can
be contacted with safety and with great benefit to humanity.
At the full moon time all our lower bodies (physical, emotional and
lower mental), which are called ‘lunar bodies’ are removed from the
direct impression of the moon. Because of this we have a chance to radiate
our inner light through our lower bodies, which are still polluted,
to some degree, from the previous influence from the moon. When the
lower bodies are more or less without stimulation from the moon, the
higher energies release themselves and penetrate abundantly into humanity.
Those who do not have enough mental equilibrium show signs of mental
imbalance at full moon time, with the overflowing spiritual energies
creating excessive tension. (hence the term lunatic!).
In the coming ‘Golden Age’, when the new world religion of unity is
formulated under the influence of incoming energies and deeper human
understanding, there will be a festival for each full moon. During the
year there are three ‘major’ full moons, these being when the sun is
in the zodiacal signs of Aries, Taurus and Gemini. At these times, humanity
will try to establish three divine aspects by invoking Light, Love and
Power and in the remaining 9 or 10 full moons, humanity will try to
build these divine attributes into its consciousness.
Sometimes when the sky is full of black clouds, suddenly a window of
blue sky opens up and the rays of the sun beam down to Earth. Exactly
the same thing happens at the time of the full moons; a spiritual window
opens between humanity, the Hierarchy and Shamballa and a river of Divine
Light, Love and Power streams forth to Earth. At the time of the
full moon the chalice of our hearts must open in the spirit of invocation
so that the incoming energies pour into our being with their transmuting,
transforming and transfiguring effect.
In esoteric literature, it is advised that we have at least twenty minutes
of meditation at the EXACT full moon time each month. Each full moon
period is divided into seven days: three days prior to the full moon,
the actual day of the full moon, and three days after the full moon.
The first three days together are called the days of preparation. The
first day of preparation is called the day of confidence. The second
day is the day of spiritual aspiration and the third day is the day
of dedication and decision. These days must be observed in the spirit
of renunciation and detachment. These attitudes are means to save and
accumulate energy, clear our vision, correct our alignment and relationships.
On the first day we must fill our hearts with the confidence
that Christ IS, that the Hierarchy exists and that in every man there
is the spark of life, the ever blooming, ever unfolding reality. All
day our thoughts will centre on these ideas, without interfering with
our daily duties and labour. Through such endeavour we attune our brain
for our future work.
On the second day, which is the day of aspiration, our astral
vehicle is lifted to a very high level of sensitivity, beauty, adoration,
worship and admiration. This day we lift our hearts to the grandeur
of the achieved Sons of God and of the spiritual life leading us toward
infinity.
On the third day, which is the day of dedication, the mental
body will be charged with will energy and extended toward the transcendental
values. A solemn decision must be made that all incoming energies will
be used for the fulfilment of the PLAN and for the upliftment of humanity
as a whole. This is the day of tension, where we become as an open LOTUS,
extended towards the rays of infinity, filling us up with divine energies.
The fourth day, the day of the full moon, is the day of contact.
This extends over a period of 6 hours before and 6 hours after the full
moon, however the EXACT time is the highest point of contact. The contact
is with the highest fire in you, with the fire of the Hierarchy and
with the ‘centre where the will of God is known’ (Shamballa/heart).
This is the time when the opportunity is given to disciples to expand
their consciousness and enter into a new level of divine awareness.
This is the day on which contacts are made with our Solar Angel and
with our Master. The full moon day is also called the day of safeguarding.
Our chalice is filled with the precious energies of this ‘new Age’,
and through them we are in contact with their sources and thus stand
in the love, light and power. This is a treasure which must be safe-guarded.
Not a single drop of the accumulated energies need be wasted by the
negative actions, emotions or thoughts, as negative use of these energies
can create harm to our bodies and environment. This is the day of silence
and contact, during which we are absorbed into our inner divinity.
The fifth day is the day of registration. The contacted energies
slowly descend into our mental equipment, into our personality and are
recognized there. It is at this time that new decisions are made and
new plans are drawn up to carry on the work for the liberation and freedom
of humanity.
The sixth day is called the day of assimilation, when the contacted
fiery energies penetrate into our lower vehicles and cause transmutation,
transformation and transfiguration.
The seventh day is called the day of radiation. Through all our
relationships, the higher energies that we have received are radiated
towards our environment, toward our nation and toward humanity as a
whole. These last three days are collectively called the days of distribution
and sharing. Through all of our talents and expressions we will share
the love, light and power to make this world a better place in which
to live, to serve and to unfold ourselves toward infinity.
During each of these seven days our mediation must be appropriated to
the key note of the full moon day and a proper seed thought and invocation*
must be chosen for each day. * THE GREAT INVOCATION is best. (see below)
The group must assemble as close to the actual full moon time as possible.
After a group meditation it is advised to disperse without interchange
of ideas or discussion if possible. This helps retain the received energies
and impressions.
THE GREAT INVOCATION
From the point of light within the mind of God
Let light stream forth into the minds of men.
Let light descend on earth.
From the point of love within the heart of God
Let love stream forth into the hearts of men.
May Christ return to earth.
From the centre where the will of God is known
Let purpose guide the little wills of men
The purpose which the masters know and serve.
From the centre which we call the race of men
Let the plan of love and light work out
And may it seal the door where evil dwells.
Let light and love and power restore the plan on earth.
NOTE: The Great Invocation can be said at any time and this is
advised. At least if you say it every morning, this is very
powerful. You do not need to say it out loud, just ‘see’ the words
in your mind. To visualise a positive scene or light or whatever is
very powerful as you say it! It is often used in the full moon
meditations because of its power.
THE MANTRA OF UNIFICATION
The sons of men are one and I am one with them.
I seek to love not hate;
I seek to serve not exact due service.
I seek to heal not hurt.
Let pain bring due reward of light and love.
Let the soul control the outer form and life and all events,
And bring to light the love
Which underlies the happenings of the time.
Let vision come and insight;
Let the future stand revealed.
Let inner union demonstrate and outer cleavages be gone.
Let love prevail.
Let all men love.
THE ZODIAC SIGNS, KEYNOTES AND FULL MOON MEDITATIONS
The master Djwhal Khul says, “the religion of the new Age will be
built around the periods of the full moons, wherein certain great
approaches will be made to the world of reality and around the times
of major lunar and solar eclipse’s. He also says,” in the future,
when organised, all men of spiritual inclination and intention will
keep the same holy days. This will bring about a pooling of
spiritual resources and a united spiritual effort. The potency of
this will be apparent.”
Within one year we have either 12 or 13 full moons, when our sun is
in a different constellation and a different kind of energy is
channelled to earth each time. Each energy presents a new
opportunity to unfold and make a new breakthrough on our way of
evolutionary development. Full moons and the position of the sun
have been observed for many centuries and mystery religions,
festivals and initiatory rites were created around these
‘festivals’.
The main purpose of full moon meditations, are to create a link
between humanity and higher forces of nature, orientating our minds
toward the ‘ageless wisdom’. This assists the Hierarchy to
‘externalise’ on earth, paving the way for the reappearance of
Christ, while evoking cosmic energies and distributing them on the
planet. Full moon meetings are not opportunities to advertise a
group, doctrine or teaching, or to attack any existing institution,
religion or ideology.
When our sun is within the energy field of a constellation of the
Zodiac, the full moon provides the best opportunity for humanity to
establish direct contact with that constellation, via the sun. At
full moon time there is an alignment between humanity, Hierarchy,
Shamballa, the planetary Logos, the Solar Logos, and the great
‘entity’ we call a Constellation.
Each full moon has a double ‘keynote’, a lower one (for the average
person) and a higher one (for the disciples on the path). When a man
prepares himself, especially in the month of his sun sign, he will
gradually use the higher keynote of his sign and proceed to the goal
of that sign, which is initiation.
NB; I have indicated the lower keynote, or tendency of the
“illusionary dual mind”, during the time of each zodiac full moon,
to help people become aware of the possible old patterns that may
be present, and thus give us pointers or cues on where to work on
ourselves in order to overcome these old modes of behaviour. The
higher keynote gives you an idea of our highest possible potential
in our thought, word and deed. |
