Synchronicity
of Shamballa - Part 2 This is a continuation of our story, which began in the last issue of IN TOUCH.
Since Stone returned to his homeland of Belgium, the profound “externalised synchronicities” concerning Shamballa have now given way to a more “internalised journey”, a journey of the heart and of letting go.
It became very apparent to me, that in order to be able to set up and run a retreat, in the order of Shamballa, we ourselves needed to release more of that which no longer serves us and thus grow further from within. To embody the principles of Shamballa and to follow “thy will not mine”, we felt that we must find out what that really means, and that entails holding more silence, and stillness of body and mind. Also we needed more information about Shamballa, so we were duly provided with several more books, or instruction manuals, which specifically describe Shamballa and they give detailed descriptions on how to live and connect more fully with the source, with specific meditations being vital to this cause.
“THE LEGEND of SHAMBALLA”, a poetic book written by Torkom Saradarian, is significant because it gives detailed knowledge on when, where and what Shamballa IS, with ‘cryptic like clues’ on how to access Shamballa. As the book says and I quote, “Legends are more real than history. Legends speak to us about the world of causes, about blueprints, prototypes. Events are the faint echoes of a cause. Events develop an external observation, legends develop an internal observation. They are not impeded by time, location and national interests, thus legends are direct ways of communication with the world of causes…..”
This explanation in itself is very relevant to our observations in this synchronicity and indeed to all our lives. Certain events happen in our lives which we observe from an external point of view, but as we progress on our path there comes a point when we are aware of our internal observations, and “the observer becomes observed”. Shamballa, the energy stream, tapped into our consciousness and now Shamballa is taking on a life of its own, so to speak. It is literally teaching us, in a legendary way, certain information, as we become still and thus ready to receive, guiding us along on this magical mystery tour of life. We need not ‘DO’ anything other than to just ‘BE’, THEN right action will follow suit.
A little later another book appeared , by the same author, called “Symphony of the Zodiac”, which had been sitting on our bookshelf at home all along! This book is also very important because it gives specific details on the energy of each full moon, meditations, invocations and the tremendous power available to mankind as the moon moves through each zodiac sign and how to use it.
I quote; "In the new age, when the new world religion is formulated under the influence of the incoming energies and deeper human understanding, there will be a festival for each full moon. During the year there are 3 major full moons. These 3 full moons are Aries, Taurus and Gemini. (i.e. April, May and June) At the time of these 3 major full moons, humanity will try to establish three divine aspects by invoking light, love and power and in the remaining 9 full moons humanity will try and build the divine attributes into its consciousness….” This means NOW, next full moon is the 8th April!
These 3 full moons are called major, because the energies of Christ, Buddha and humanity as a whole are fully involved, with the energy being anchored on earth. Christ represents the love principle and the festival of Easter (April), Buddha represents the light principle and the festival of Wesak (May) and humanity, as a whole integration thereof, represents the power principle and the festival of Goodwill (June).
After reading the book we decided, as a household, to follow the group meditation format laid out in the book for Pisces, sitting together over the exact time of the full moon. There were 6 of us present and everyone had an incredible experience, in our own way, of the power of Shamballa and Piscean energy. My own feeling was of an expansion in mind, body and spirit that I had never experienced before. Many of us were not regular meditators before this day, but certainly we are now since!
The full moon period is divided into 7 days, the 3 days prior to the full moon, the actual day and the 3 days after the full moon. The first 3 days together are called the days of preparation, with each day having a seed thought or energy which are; confidence, spiritual aspiration and dedication and decision. The 4th day, the day of the full moon is called the day of contact and safeguarding. The last 3 days collectively are called the days of distribution and sharing, with the seed thoughts/energy being; registration, assimilation and radiation, in respective order..
Our soul is like a radio receiver to the energies, which pour forth on these days, and we can simply tune into the given energy by using our conscious awareness, thus greatly enhancing our progress on our spiritual path to home. By doing this we are creating a bridge of light between Shamballa, the hierarchy and our fellow human beings.
Recently I attended The Nelson festival of Opportunities, which afforded me another wave of the “externalised synchronicities” which we had come to know from the beginning of this now conscious journey. They were flowing thick and fast and I knew I was going to the right place as I left on the festival of Shiva (Hindu god of destruction of illusion), next day was a blue crystal monkey on the Mayan calendar (my personal glyph). The first day of the festival was Tibetan new year and I was selling my Tibetan items but also I gave my first talk on Shamballa that afternoon!
Also, just to top it off, I travelled with an acquaintance who turns out to be my soul mate. Over the ensuing days at Wangapeka Buddhist retreat we quickly unfolded many reasons for our reconnection and in the process we both took a great jump forward as we remembered more of who we are!
The Tibetan influence is central to this unfolding dream, as they have known about Shamballa for many centuries and they have preserved and protected the original teachings, by passing them down through the lineages. Unbeknown to me, until now, I have discovered there are Shamballa meditation centres all over the world (including N.Z.) Also there is a series of teachings called Shamballa training brought to the west by Chogham Trungpa, which teaches you how to follow “The sacred path of the warrior”, how to be IN this modern world, yet not OF it.
OM MANI PADME HUM OM.OM.
