Synchronicity of Shamballa - Part 6

“MANY ARE CALLED, FEW ARE CHOSEN”
This statement, “many are called, few are chosen”, I understand was originally said by master Jesus, and has been often been quoted by various other spiritual teachers and authors, however I feel that many of us could be liable to misinterpret what he is actually trying to say. It does not mean that, if we are lucky enough, or ‘good’ enough some external entity i.e. a brooding God figure, will choose us for enlightenment over the many other poor souls who will miss out. WE, as a part of the God head, choose ourselves by accepting our true reality.

It is obvious that we are presently going through a very interesting stage in our human evolution and many people are in a great state of fear, as well as a lot (more) people who are now waking up to the love that is inherent in us as a natural state of being. There seems to be a definite ‘split’ going on in the world, with those firmly entrenched in the ‘fear’ camp and those who choose to acknowledge the ‘love’ and thus see that as their only reality, the REAL-I.  There are many more souls who appear to be teetering somewhere in the middle of these two states of consciousness, people who are grimly hanging on to the old paradigm of physical/mental illusion, the only life that they have known, and seeing that being torn apart by events and people seemingly beyond their ‘control’.

To my way of thinking, we must now begin to make a definite choice as to where we want our life to go, how we want our life to look and to recognize that it is not so much what happens to us, rather it is more of how are we going to respond to our life situation, so that we can start to really live. This can be difficult for those who are just beginning to awaken, especially when most of us are intrinsically ‘good’ people and so called ‘bad’ things happen, and old suppressed negative emotions and thoughts are triggered by these seemingly ‘external forces’. These ‘triggers’ are a blessing in disguise, because it is often the fore runner to gaining a truer insight into ourselves and our conscious spiritual path, as we begin to realise that we are the only creative force in our lives. We can take charge of our lives now, however we first have to accept the fact that some change is necessary and that it is only up to us. We are spiritual beings having a human experience. The spiritual aspect is primary to me and this relates to the spirit that lives within us all. It is not about what we are doing in life, it is about how we are being!

Once we have been able to face the stark reality of who are not, we can then begin to change by accepting that we already are, we are all God’s children and it is our old conditioning that we begin to break down as we slowly realise it is a false identity. This can be very scary when it is the basis of our very lives, however as we move through our ‘stuff’ we  quickly gain strength from within and after our ‘dark nights of the soul’, the light that we ARE begins to shine again and  we know that we will be OK. Nothing unreal exists and nothing real can be destroyed, and as we acknowledge our light, and love reality we gain our true power back. To do this requires a lot of self-observation, watching our mind, listening to our body and emotions and learning to feel again. STOP, slow down, find your stillness, the silence within and listen to the still small voice which is always there we just don’t know it because of the incessant chatter and busy-ness of our lives. This is our intuition speaking, a direct line from spirit.

We have come here, in this physical world, I believe to clear our karma, which is the ultimate blessing (many are called) of taking action to honour our light and love within. To cleanse, purify, release all those false images of ourselves, to let go and surrender, through the non-resistance, to all that we think we are, or are not. We must first welcome up all the old self judgements, emotions, thoughts, negative paradigms,  judgements and accept them, face them, see our old patterns with objective observation, and then simply dissolve them in our consciousness, as a new dawning day dissolves the night. To continually judge the judgements, deny or fear the emotions/thoughts is merely self perpetuating the cycle and fuelling the fire with more negativity with the resistance in the mind. The mind is like a wild monkey that will lead you on a merry ride, promising you sweet rewards, which are only temporary, and never delivering with real joy, love and bliss. To begin this journey takes some courage, faith and trust where you may have never trusted before, however this is where the growth occurs. We must trust in a higher power, (God, Great Spirit) and our sleeping divinity within, which so intricately linked with the source, and is waiting patiently to be acknowledged.

 By virtue of the fact that we are all here, on this great mother Earth, means that we have ‘been called’. We have been called here to do some ‘work’, by learning who we are and what our purpose is. We have two purposes in life I feel. One is to develop our particular skill for which we have been blessed with in this physical plane and use this skill to touch as many people as we can with our light and love by BEING in our truth and serving with joy and having fun. It is not WHAT we do, but HOW we do it and with what attitude. The other purpose is to renounce our false little self, to make the ego the servant, to release from our minds all that we are not and simply honour WHO we ARE and live in that reality. We must be a warrior of spirit and consciously lead our lives on a spiritual path to true liberation. To do this frees us from ‘suffering’, or karma, thus we automatically step into our mastery of light and true love as it wells up naturally from our being. This is to live in accordance with God’s will, as ‘thy will’ only wants us to BE that which we already are, only we forgot. This is where WE ARE CHOSEN. As WE choose the love and truth of who we are, then we can truly lead a happy fulfilling life with joy and peace of mind. To put it another way, WE are choosing life over death; We are choosing love rather than fear; WE are choosing God rather than the ego. We are the creators of our life and all that occurs within our life is our manifestation. No external thing has any true power over us.

When it comes to relating this information to Shamballa the same premise applies. When  Shamballa was first built on Earth, a few hardy souls CHOSE to give up there cruisy life on Venus and ‘descend’ into the dense Earth plane to create this magnificent ‘city of Light’. They knew that this would be a long and arduous task, involving many many lifetimes of struggles, as they would have to deal with Earth karma and ‘forget’ everything that they previously knew. I believe that as inhabitants on the Earth now, many of us are here to CHOOSE Shamballa once again, and to recreate its magnificence on Earth as a consciousness of  light, and holding our own flame and burning brightly with love. Shamballa has its own particular workings and not everyone is here to specifically work with its energy of soul initiation per se, however we are all working to rebuild the consciousness it represents and to fulfil the divine Plan laid out for us by the masters and the ancestors and us as them.

Along the path of our life we can use many tools to assist us on our journey, such as crystals, divination, Feng Shui, aromatherapy, books, the list is huge. I do not propose leading an ascetic life or even taking up a guru. In fact it is quite the opposite, although for a few people this may be appropriate. I like the saying we must be IN THE WORLD BUT NOT OF IT. This says that we need to deal with certain worldly things, go to our regular jobs, deal with money etc, however we are simply not attached to them in any way. They are merely symbols of where we are at with our inner journey. The external things are ‘effects’ that occur in our lives from our thoughts and feelings about ourselves. Just as the beautiful lotus flower (our soul) rises from the muddy pool, it needs to be grounded in the mud (our world) it lives in the water (our emotions), it grows into the air above the pond (our thoughts) and reaches still higher towards the sun (God, our own higher Self). This is a perfect analogy for our own lives. Life becomes really exciting when we keep it simple, express gratefulness and always look for furthering our spiritual path in an honest and down to earth way. We are not here to brag about what our ‘spiritual qualfications’ are and so display further egoism, we are all ONE humanity interacting in a symbiotic way to achieve harmony through diversity of ‘personality’ and skills. Purify, purify, purify is the name of the game and we can do this on all levels of mind, body and spirit easily and effortlessly if we so choose. Lets get objective, as we are all needing to clear something somewhere and spirit does not play favourites to anyone!

Love all that you are, and by knowing this and reminding yourself of this at all times, the parts of you that are non-love illusion will be transmuted in joy… May the road rise up to meet you, may the wind always be at your back, may the sun shine softly on your face, and may the waters of life always be flowing your way...
